Fair-Time

Fair Hours

Wednesday – Friday | 5:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Gates close at 11 p.m.; no re-entry after 11 p.m.

Parking

To keep pedestrians safe when walking to or from the Merced County Fair, the portion of G Street between Childs Avenue and West 11th Street will be closed to through traffic during the Fair.​

The Bus - Free Rides to the Fair!

Take advantage of free shuttle rides to the Fair! Join us for a convenient and hassle-free transportation option that will drop you off right at the main entrance gate on Martin Luther King Jr. Way.

Hours: 5:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. (June 5 to June 9, 2024 only)

Shuttle A (Transpo): The designated pickup location will be on 16th Street  at the Transportation Center at the intersection of 16th Street and O Street. Passengers will be allowed to park at the Bank of America parking lot on 16th Street.

Shuttle B (North Transit Hub): The designated pickup location will at the Park and Ride lot on M street & Bellevue. Patrons are encouraged to park at the Park and Ride.

The shuttles will operate every 30 minutes during the specified hours, providing fairgoers with convenient transportation to and from the Fair. Whether you're coming from the Bank of America parking lot or the North Transit Hub, the shuttles will ensure you have a comfortable ride to the Fairgrounds.
