The Fairgrounds is an ideal place for many types of events. People planning private parties such as wedding or anniversary receptions and Quinceaneras often choose our facilities because we offer everything needed in one package.

We have made every effort to assure the information on our web site is current, but it is your responsibility to contact our office by phone, email or regular mail to ensure you have the correct information and that any requirements have been met to book your date(s) for one of our facilities.

Public events may be charged the regular rental rate or a minimum of 10% of gross admission sales, whichever is greater. Renter is responsible for operation of a verifiable ticket system and will allow auditing of ticket sales by fair personnel as deemed necessary. All rates quoted are per day. All rates are subject to change.

When you reserve one of our facilities for a public event, ask us to include your event on our online calendar. Download our Calendar Listing Request in PDF format to include your Fairgrounds event details on the Fair website calendar (requires free Adobe Reader). Forms are also available at the Fairgrounds office.
