Fairgrounds Rental Facilities

The Fairgrounds offers rental facilities to accommodate a variety of indoor and outdoor events from weddings, parties and concerts to conventions, auto racing and trade shows.

While much of our rental information is provided here, please contact us to be sure you have current info and because we have other services and facilities which are not listed online. For reservations phone (209) 722-1507 Monday through Friday (except State holidays) from 8:00 a.m. – Noon and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (closed during the lunch hour).

Free Online Publicity for Your Event...

When you reserve one of our facilities for a public event, ask us to include your event on our online calendar. Download our Calendar Listing Request in PDF format to include your Fairgrounds event details on the Fair website calendar (requires free Adobe Reader). Forms are also available at the Fairgrounds office.
